  Anthony performed an appraisal on a property that I am buying. Unfortunately, it appears that Anthony is not as knowledgeable of the Naples market as he suggests he is. Once his appraisal was received, my RE agent, the listing agent AND my mortgage broker all contacted him via email to discuss. He used comps dating back to JAN of 2015... the market was just beginning to rise again. Both real estate agents provided him with more appropriate comps to review that exhibit more accurately what the market is doing and where property values currently are. He refused to review them and stands by his "work" which isn't worth the paper it's printed on. I contacted them personally to discuss and of course, could only speak with his wife, Sheila which stands firm to their practice. I would NOT recommend using them if you are in the Naples area as he is not knowledgeable on our current market and did not accurately do his research. I am disputing my charges as i paid over $500 for something that is useless and now will hire a more qualified person to do the job. I will also file a complaint with the state licensing department as well as with the BBB.
