- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give negative stars, I would. Smith was good but sold out to Sacco and didn't divulge. BEWARE of SACCO! Got us in a jam with the tax man, acted without authorization, lied, then sent us a huge bill for the pleasure of screwing us over! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place formerly Smith and Co. LLP. Consulted with Smith, but wasn't told he was selling out to Sacco. Without any agreement to do business with Sacco, he billed me over $5000.00 !!! When I did not pay this ridiculous unauthorized charge, he has filed a lawsuit against me ! If you want the whole story on this scam, message me.
